- Master Aketch Rangala arrived of the 7th September and master Don Harbour arrived the following day on the 8th September. Master Njiru arrived on the 9th of September.

- All the students were in very high spirit and had so much hope and determination since it was the first time there was this kind of seminar on Martial Arts in the whole of the West African region.

- On the 9th of September we held the opening ceremony and the National leader of the Unification movement and all the instructors attended.

-Master Don harbour expressed True Parents and Dr Seuk's vision and goals for Tong-Il Moo-Doin Africa and in the whole world and this really inspired and moved all the participants.

- Master Aketch also encouraged the students to use wisely the time in the seminar and to get the maximum of benefits from it and also he urged the students to recognise the sacrifice made by our leaders and brothers and sisters to make it possible to hold that seminar.

- The national leader also pledged to support the Tong-Il Moo-Do activities in Cote D'Ivoire and encouraged all the students to give the best of themselves .

- The seminar went on well despite the fact that we were still expecting Master Vincent and Master Didier Mubambe to arrive but later we were informed that they may not be able to come for various reasons.

- Anyway the instructors led by Master Don Harbour did all they could by giving the best of themselves in teaching the students the techniques and the philosophy of Tong-Il Moo-Do.

- The response of the students and their readiness to learn also gave the instructors a lot of encouragement and the spiritual atmosphere was very high.

- After 2 weeks of intensive training Master Don Harbour had to leave for Japan for another seminar.

- The last week of the seminar was basically to perfect the basics , the forms and one step-sparring in preparation for the grading and also to conclude the lectures. It was amazing to see students training on their own after mid-night and waking up at 4.00 out of their own initiative which was a reflection of their determination and commitment.

- The grading took place on the 28th September and all the students gave all they could during the grading, it was inspiring for the instructors to see the progress they had made within those 21 days seminar. All went well except one brother who hurt his neck while doing the rolling fall.

- The closing ceremony took place the next day on the 29 September and the National leader of the Unification Movement - Cote D'Ivoire attended and gave his speech of congratulation and guidance to all the students , he asked all the participants to practice Tong-Il Moo-Do in their daily lives and use the teachings to witness to others.

- Master Aketch and Master Njiru also passed on to all the students the vision and goals they should have to promote Tong-Il Moo-Do in their Region and Africa .Master Njiru gave his observation during the seminar and the grading and he guided the students on what they should work on to build their character and improve their techniques. Master Aketch also gave Dr Seuk's expectation and vision.

- 2 representatives of the students expressed their gratitude to all who made it possible to hold this seminar they were all overwhelmed by all they were taught in the seminar, they gave their pledge to go and pioneer for Tong-Il Moo-Do in their countries.

- Also all the other representatives from all the different countries were very grateful to have been invited for this kind of seminar and each one of them hoped that this kind of seminars can be held in their countries in the near future. They all pledged to go and pioneer in Tong-Il Moo-Do in their respective regions and countries. Everyone of them is determined to be number one in Tong-Il Moo Do. They all recognise the important role the Tong-Il Moo-Do will play especially in witnessing to the youth especially in the African Continent. They are all so grateful to World Tong-Il Moo-Do Federation and also our brothers and sisters who worked so hard to raise funds to make this seminar a reality.

- Reflections from all the participants shows that they are all ready to unite with our True Parents and Dr Seuk to spread the ideology of Tong-Il Moo-Do wherever they go.
