There are approximately more than two thousand registered and not yet officially registered TIMD members in the Philippines. Due to the proximity of various activities of the different affiliate organizations particularly in CARP and Service for Peace Project, most our TIMD members were not able to continuously doing their routine training schedule and become more involved in service activities. The good news was that our Unification Thought Theological Seminary-Philippines has gain momentum in starting the program. Tong-Il Moo-Do will become part of the curriculum. There are two programs: One is the graduate school (Masters in Religious Studies) and the second is the undergraduate school (AB major in Philosophy). In the graduate school, there are 30 freshmen students and all registered TIMD members. As a matter of fact, with the support of the Dean of the Academic affairs and all the leaders in the institution, I provided TIMD uniform each freshmen student for their regular training. For the graduate school, all will be required this time to attend TIMD class. I gave promotion test to 30 freshmen students and 8 old TIMD practitioners after their summer 21 days training workshop program on May 1-21. May 22 was their promotional test and all 30 freshmen were elevated to yellow belt with their new uniform. (Please see photos on the attached mail report.) During the promotion, there are two person who were tested for black belt but I didn't officially recommend them yet for international recognition pending for the fulfillment of the requirements I imposed to them as first degree black belt candidate. I will further make recommendation for their recognition for the said degree black belt if they fulfilled their respective condition to improve I set within three months.
