Meeting with Chairman HJN

The workshop at UTS was internally and externally very fruitful. The environment was very good because we used UTS facilities. 16 instructors from Japan, America, South America, Oceania, Africa, Russia and UTS students participated in this workshop. All instructors were reviewed all Tong-Il Moo-Do techniques from basic, forms, one-step sparring, self-defenses, grappling and ground techniques. We also practiced substantially sparring in order to finalize open tournament rules.

Also, we have discussed about following points in the evening: 1) World Open Tournament 2) Witnessing and financial self-sufficient 3) Membership and International ID(License) 4) Standard of promotion test 5) PR and Web-site developments

On Sept. 2, Dr. Seuk came to UTS and gave 3 TIMD philosophy lecture. He invited all participants to HDH at East Garden. On Sept. 5, We could have demonstration at East Garden in front of Dr. Moon who is a source of inspiration for TIMD and Main instructors performed around 20 minutes "Pyunghwa eui Bon", "Sawi Gidae eui Bon", "Gong Gi eui Bon", "Chamsarang eui Bon" "self-defense application" and "Wang Kwon eui Bon."

Dr. Seuk gathered all instructors and mentioned about the importance of "endurance." Instructors testified their experience tearfully and determined to expand TIMD for the sake of young people all over the world. Afternoon, Dr. Seuk made an appointment with Chairman Hyun Jin Nim. Master Takahashi and several main instructors visited HJN at East Garden and received guidance from HJN. HJN emphasized the importance of "toughness" in Tong-Il Moo-Do training in order for trainees to challenge and grow internally.
