The workshop started from Nov. 18(registration), and ended in Dec. 4. The participants were from Pro-Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, several styles of Japanese Karate, This is the first time when the martial artists from different styles came together and practiced together.

At the beginning it was very tough for me to teach the philosophy for 2 hours, and TIMD techniques for 8 hours and half everyday by myself. But as I taught the lecture, they really responded well and appreciated the philosophy, and I was so inspired.

The schedule was reading at 5 am, TIMD exercise from 6 to 7am, breakfast from 7 to 8 am, the lecture from 8 to 10am, TIMD class from 10am to 1pm, lunch break from 1 to 3 pm, TIMD class from 3 to 6pm, dinner from 6:30 to 7:30pm, TIMD class from 7:30 to 8:30pm, team discussion from 8:30 to 9pm, the report from each team from 9 to 9:30pm, reflection from 9:30 to 10:00pm.

None of them have had the experience of practicing for 8 hours and half everyday. And also it is very difficult for them to wake early in the morning, and to be punctual. But somehow the most of them persevered. They were so inspired by the philosophy of TIMD, and expressed the desire to be able to teach it, and to have the copy of TIMD Manuel. They also appreciated the Dr. Moon' s words before and after the class. Within such a short period, everyone learned the form up to Chun Jo Eui Bon, one step sparring from formation to completion, all the circular exercises, self-defense up to blue belt level.

There were the 2 demonstrations on Nov. 30 in our dojang, and Dec. 5 in public. The promotion test was held on Dec. 5. The news reporter came and interviewed with me. They put the article of TIMD in today's national newspaper which I saw at the airport. They decided to have TIMD federation in Solomon Islands, and decided the various positions.
