Rostov is one of the biggest industrial centers in Russia.
On October 19, 2003 we held 1-Day acquaintance TIMD workshop in Rostov-on-Don. It was for young people, basically students. Three our regional instructors explain and show what is TIMD.
This workshop was consisting from three parts
1) Introduce hard (linear) techniques.
2) TIMD philosophy and explanation about TIMD and Martial Arts altogether.
3) Introduce soft (circular) techniques and TIMD self-defense system.
All people were very inspired. Many of them could see how Unification Principles can work in different situations and how it can help them in their daily life. Also everybody could attempt themselves in different TIMD techniques and knows more about their physical abilities.
