4-day TONG-IL MOO-DO workshop in Germany

The german TIMD-workshop took place from May 13 to May 16 in Abtsdorf, near Lutherstadt Wittenberg.

Sensei Kai-Uwe Schulze (3rd Dan) and Sensei Thomas Felsch (3rd Dan) taught 38 students of TIMD.

The level of the students was from green belt to black belt.

Main focus of this workshop was put on circle techniques and preparation of the students for the promotion test on May 28. So everyone was looking forward to deepen his knowledge and his abilities in TIMD.

On May 13 and 14 we practiced basic techniques, fighting and of course the circle forms, especially Pyung Hwa Eui Bon. In addition to that on May 15 high graduated instructors from Judo (German Champion in Judo) and Won Hwa Do enabled us to improve our knowledge in throwing, ground combat and circle techniques.

In conclusion to the workshop on May 16 the first Yushinkan-Cup took place. Every student demonstrated his very best performance in showing his abilities in one form and one self defense combination.

So not only Sensei Schulze and Sensei Felsch got an overall impression, also the students were able to compare their skills. Everybody brimmed over with enthusiasm for the workshop and is looking forward to the next TIMD-workshop.
