On March 28, 2006 the Unification Movement of the Philipppines launched the Barangay Blessing in Municpality of Sampaloc Tanay Rizal and also as part of the Launching Rally of the UNIVERSAL PEACE FEDERATION.
March 28 is a very significant day for all Philippine members; this rally was conducted as one of the best offering for the coming True Parents day (March 29).
It was been attended by 2,500 individuals. All Tong-Il Moo-Do Black belts and some lower Belts where assign for Securing the Area.
Tong-Il Moo-Do Demonstration was the first part of the program that made an eye catching to the audiences and all the people who are just passing by and made them participated the Rally, the UTS-ASIA demonstration team did a five very energizing performances.
Martial art is really a big tool in catching attention of the people, any where you go Tong Il Moo Do is the "way!"
