After the Universal Peace Federation Rally in Araneta Coliseum, the biggest dome in Philippines, P-CARP conducted a series of 21-Day Workshops for the "Self Help Scholarship Program". Tong-il Moo-Do training was integrated as part of the Workshop. The training was held at the Unification Church Cultural Center in Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal during the first 7 days of the 21-Day Workshops.

Master Venus Agustin sent four (4) UTS-ASIA Instructors to conduct the training. Sabumnim Leo Carumba, the National Head Instructor for TIMD-Philippines facilitated in the success of the training with the help of some CARP Leaders.

The participants were selected students, which were among the top ten high school graduates coming from throughout the NCR. A total of around 2,500 participants joined these seven (7) batches of 21-Day Workshops. From among them, almost 800 was promoted to yellow belt. The sophomore students of the Self Help Scholarship Program of PCARP were tapped to be the Team Leaders and Coordinators of each batches.

Most of them were promoted to green belt. All the participants were inspired by the lecture on the Philosophy of Tong-il Moo Do.

The highlight of the Workshop was the Promotion Test which was graced by the presence of Master Venus Agustin. Because of the inspiring and dynamic performance of every batch, he personally conducted the Promotion Test.

As a way of life and a tool of disciplining one's character, TIMD had touched the heart and soul of these young people.

Expect for more TIMD Activities this summer!!!
