14-day TIMD seminar in Moscow, Russia

January 16~29, 2007

The schedule of a seminar consisted of studying TIMD techniques, and lectures of TIMD Philosophies including a value of each TIMD form. The participants understood a deep root of Martial Arts and a connection between a perfection of physical body and sharpening character.

One of the participants expressed her internal experience: "Especially I was inspired by the Pyon Hwa Eui Bon. When I started to focus on movements, on meaning of each movement I felt that I was filled by God's energy, it is similar to meditation. During this moment my mind and body were united."

During this seminar, though all participants had to overcome pain of a physical body, external environments as well as internal difficulties, they overcame all difficulties and all together continued to practice "Do" for the sake of greater goal to realize world peace through martial arts.

All the participants were inspired by the visit of Founder of TIMD Dr. Seuk. His visit reminded us that TIMD is a center of unifying force for all schools of Martial Arts. By integrating and developing the best techniques of Martial Arts, TIMD should revive spiritual root initially inherited from Martial Arts. Also he asked to practice TIMD 24 hours every day with such spirit and determination to become black belts and to participate in the upcoming 4th Peace King Cup Martial Arts Open Tournament.

As a culmination of the seminar, all the participants have passed written examination on TIMD philosophy. Peshkov Vladimir (Novosibirsk) won 1 place, Kuznetsova Evgenieya - (Moscow) 2 place, Darmolinskaja Valerya (Moscow) -3 place. Result of technical examination: 2-brown belts, 5 - green belts, 11 yellow belts.
