This festival was November 29, 2009 at Kawasaki Taikukan, Kawasaki Shi, Kanagawa Ken. It was Participated by Five different Martial Arts Styles, Tong-Il Moo-Do, Aikido Koutokukai, Shotokan Karate, Aikido Yoshenkan and Philippine Arnis. The event started with the singing of National Anthem of Japan and Philippines, followed by a Welcoming address by the City Mayor Hon. Abe Takao, Opening remarks by Master Ogata of Shotokan. The main message of the event was given by Hon. Danilo P. Cruz, LaborAttache’ of the Philippine Embassy Tokyo followed by cutting of a celebration Cake, then intermission number from different Filipino organizations ( SP, TKO and Tribong Pinoy ), followed Martial Arts Exhibitions and a Closing Remarks by Master Takamitsu Hoshiko, Executive Secretary General, World Tong-Il Moo-Do Federation.
