Through their many international projects Dr. and Mrs. Sun Myung Moon have brought together
leaders from the fields of education, science, religion, politics, media, arts and
culture to support the development of a global concern and moral perspective in their endeavors.
Among these projects is the World Tong-Il Moo-Do Federation, which was inspired by
Dr. and Mrs. Moon in order to
promote moral and ethical values in education through Martial Arts centered on Unification Principle.
Another organization, the Interreligious and International Federation for World Peace,
brings together leaders from both the religious and secular realms of life to address critical
issues facing our world. The Professors' World Peace Academy encourages the application of academic
research and expertise to find solutions to human problems. The World University Federation was established to promote intercultural exchange and education among universities worldwide.
Dr. Moon himself has founded numerous schools and universities throughout the world.
Newspapers and magazines, such as the Washington Times and the World & I, have been created
to serve and educate the public with a commitment to truth and objectivity. Other projects include
the Women's Federation for World Peace, headed by Mrs. Moon, which considers the particular role of
women in effecting social change, and the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification, which
recognizes the central role of the family as the foundation of all human culture. The Collegiate Association for the Research of Principles
promotes universal values among youth and engages them in service activities for the benefit of others.
These are just a few of the projects and organizations that have been established by Dr. and Mrs. Moon in their unending effort to bring about a world of lasting peace.
